At ECJ Exotic Snack Bros Inc., customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality and freshness of our exotic snacks and strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we are happy to offer a replacement or store credit under the following conditions:
•    The product arrived damaged, defective, or spoiled
•    You received the wrong item or an incomplete order

2. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:
•    You must notify us within 3 days of delivery
•    Provide clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
•    Include your order number and a description of the issue

3. Refunds & Replacements
•    Approved claims will be resolved via replacement of the item or store credit
•    Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances and at our discretion

4. Shipping Errors

If your order was returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. Once processed and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
